Not gonna lie, I was a little worried after planting them, but most of the plants are doing well. One didn’t make it, unfortunately, but the rest seem to be settling in okay.

I wasn’t really sure what shrubs would actually cope in a shady part of my garden, so I messaged Jacksons Nurseries for a bit of advice. They came back with proper suggestions rather than just pointing me at random plants. It was more like, “these should do well in that kind of spot” and “avoid anything that really needs full sun,” which was genuinely useful. Everything they said made sense and it felt like they actually knew what they were talking about. I ended up ordering based on their advice, and the plants are looking good so far.

I really liked how simple the nursery was to navigate. The signs were clear but not in your face, so we found the plants and compost section quickly. The wide paths made a big difference too, as I didn’t feel like I was getting in anyone’s way or having to squeeze past people. I’m always a bit careful in busy places, so it made the whole visit feel much more relaxed than some garden centres.

They got back to me really fast and helped sort out my question without making it a whole thing. it was refreshing, since not every place seems to think replying to customers matters. Thanks for the help

One of my plants arrived a little battered, so I emailed them about it. They got back to me the same day and sent a replacement without any fuss. It arrived quickly too. Nice and easy, I really appreciated it...

Popped into the cafe and left in a much better mood than when I arrived. The food tasted really fresh, the coffee was lovely and actually had some depth to it, not that weak watery stuff you get in some places. The cake was a happy little bonus too. Staff were friendly, everything came out quickly, and the whole visit just felt easy and nice. I’d definitely go back

I ordered a few plants after comparing prices at a couple of other places, these felt like a much better deal. They showed up in decent shape and there wasn’t any hassle with the order. For what I paid, I think the quality was totally worth it, and I’m happy with the purchase

I popped into Jacksons Nurseries at the weekend to pick up a few plants for the garden, and it was such an easy, pleasant visit. It felt like the kind of place that’s well looked after, with plenty to browse and everything clearly cared for.

The staff were really approachable and easy to find when I needed a bit of advice. I asked about a shady spot in my garden, and they took the time to help me choose a shrub that should actually cope there, which gave me a lot more confidence in what I was buying.
The prices seemed fair, the plants looked healthy, and I ended up leaving with more than I meant to, which always seems to happen. I’d happily go back and would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone looking for decent plants and honest help.

There was plenty to pick from, especially if you’re looking for shrubs and perennials. I spent longer than I planned just trying to decide what to get, not the worst problem to have, really. Nice selection overall, and I left happy with what I found.

I ordered a few plants from Jacksons Nurseries and, to be fair, the packaging was solid. Everything was boxed up properly, and the pots were wrapped well enough that compost wasn’t spilling all over the place, which I appreciated. One of the boxes did turn up a bit bashed on the corner, because apparently parcels have to survive a wrestling match in transit, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. The plants were safe and in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much there. My only gripe is the amount of plastic used. I get that they need to protect the plants, but it still felt like a bit much. I’d probably give 5 stars if they cut back on that. Overall, happy enough and I’d order again.

Ordering was straightforward. I found what I needed, the basket was clear enough, and the checkout didn’t seem to drag on. Payment went through first time too, with no odd errors or extra hassle. I got the confirmation email fairly quickly as well. Nice and simple, which was basically all I was after...

I was really happy with these plants. They showed up looking nice and mature, and they feel like great quality overall. Definitely a solid buy!

I was happy with the delivery cost, to be honest. It felt fair and normal, not ridiculously high like I’ve seen on some other garden websites when you’re just trying to order a bag of compost, a couple of plants, some tools, or even something small like seeds. Sometimes the delivery ends up costing almost as much as the item itself, but that wasn’t the case here. No silly surprises at checkout, which I really appreciated.

I used click and collect for a few plants and it was easy enough. Got the message when everything was ready, then pickup was quick. Just a small wait at the desk. Nothing major though.

I went to Jacksons Nurseries last weekend and, to be fair, parking was really easy. There was plenty of space and we didn’t have to drive around hunting for a spot, which always makes a visit less stressful. The place was straightforward to walk around too, with clear paths and decent access even with a trolley. That said, a couple of areas felt like they could’ve been better signposted, and it wasn’t always obvious where to head next. Overall though, it was a relaxed visit and I’d happily go back...
